Publix Cooking School

Background

As the lead designer and art director for all creative work related to Publix Cooking School, I collaborated closely with a team of designers, photographers, food stylists, and culinary professionals. Together, we developed visually engaging materials to promote the school’s monthly and quarterly classes, showcasing seasonal dishes and cooking themes.

Challenge

Each campaign required translating a rotating menu of diverse recipes into cohesive, eye-catching visuals across both print and digital platforms. The challenge was to maintain a consistent brand voice while keeping content fresh, compelling, and tailored to different regional audiences—all within tight deadlines and cross-department coordination.

Solution

I led concept-to-execution design efforts for brochures, posters, social media graphics, and digital signage, ensuring that each asset felt unified yet distinct for the campaign. I art-directed photoshoots to capture the emotional and sensory appeal of each dish and collaborated with culinary and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals. The results were high-performing campaigns that boosted class sign-ups and consistently resonated with our target audiences.
